It is important to CCS to stay in touch with our customers. We want to make sure that your system is running properly and that there are no issues that have fallen through the cracks. To this end, I try to call each of you three to four times a year.
If there is anything you have questions on – your system, our response time, a solution that additional software, training or hardware can resolve – whatever it is, please let me know. One of my major responsibilities is to make sure that you are happy with our service.
