CCS sells, installs, supports, and trains customers on Passport Business Solutions Products.   PBS Software provides support for the Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing operations of a business.   The PBS packages interface with Counterpoint to expedite accounting transaction entry and financial statement production.  The PBS CashPoint package integrates directly with NCR Counterpoint Software.  This is a key feature for most Retailers.

CashPoint is a powerful back office accounting solution that offers the tightest integration available for NCR Counterpoint users. CashPoint is easy to use and offers automated data integration, as well as an optional payroll module to manage payroll in-house.  CashPoint provides you with the ability to manage multiple locations, and even allows you to create individual companies with a consolidated set of financials if you prefer.

Accounts Payable

General Ledger

Maintains employee data, calculates taxes, handles deductions and prints payroll checks. Eliminates the process of manually preparing tax information.

Basic Accounting Upgrade
Passport Software’s Basic Accounting Conversion utility (BACON) allows a user who wishes to convert their accounting data from NCR Counterpoint Version 7.5 Basic Accounting to the CashPoint accounting modules.

CPice eCommerce Software

CPice is an easy to use interface enabling retailers to quickly build and control the catalog navigation of one or more online channels.  It allows the user to build their category structure and then drag and drop one or many products into one or more categories to sell on the site.

The integration dynamically updates the site with catalog changes along with bringing orders and customers down to NCR Counterpoint and returning order status and customer updates to the site.   CCS takes a hands on approach to ensure you get the result you want.

WooCommerce eCommerce Software

eCommerce key features are supported through WordPress Website Integration.  Key Standard Integration Features include:

  • Dynamically maintain the catalog structure and product assignments.
  • Support for products with multiple attributes i.e. size, color, dimension.
  • Support for creating and maintaining attributes through integration.
  • Flexible mapping to set visibility, back order and out of stock messaging.
  • Mapping for Product images, title, long descriptions, type, vendor, weight, taxable.
  • Mapping for Product Meta description and URL and Handle.
  • Automatic site synchronization of product availability, pricing, orders, and customers.
  • Synchronize customers with the POS and WooCommerce.

Counterpoint eCommerce

There are three levels to the Counterpoint specific eCommerce offering designed for different sizes of Retailers and characteristics of the products sold online.  An overview of the common features and unique features of each CCS  offering are presented below (CP Shop, CP Magento, and Commerce5).  CP Shop is the entry-level package, CP Magento is the next level, and Commerce5 is the top-level.  CCS offers several additional eCommerce solutions such as CPice and WooCommerce discussed above.   See the expanded applications overviews below.

CPShop is built on the WooCommerce platform which is the marketshare leader for businesses with a limited number of online transactions and sales volume.

3. Have limited support needs with your online store

4. Require Counterpoint integration for items, orders, customers, and inventory, but limited Omni-Channel integration when compared to Commerce5.
