Avoiding Repetition on Support Calls

Sometimes it will be necessary for you to return a call from a technician who has been helping you with a support issue that has not yet been completed.  To avoid having to repeat the details of the initial call, you may just give your name, company name, and the number of the current work order.

This number is assigned on your initial call and can be requested from your technician.  If it is not mentioned, just ask!
