Multiple vendors

It is best to keep the number of vendors for your computer support and services to a minimum.  Having one vendor for your hardware support, and a different one for your Internet access, for example, can lead to problems.

This usually occurs when, for example, your vendor for Internet support does not understand how your hardware is being used, or makes changes to the configuration of your Internet access, without informing the vendor for your hardware support.

You are much better off to use one vendor for all aspects of your computer support.

In short, multiple vendors, and sub-contractors lead to redundancy and inefficiency in services that results in unnecessary costs.  At CCS we have always stressed combined services to give our customers the most responsive, effective, and cost efficiency possible.
