At CCS, we invoice support time twice a month–on the 15th and on the last day of the month. Our invoice design allows you to quickly see how much prepaid support time you have remaining.
Near the top of the invoice, the caption "Prepaid Support Time" appears, along with the billing dates covered. The amount of paid support time available at the beginning of the billing period appears next. Support time used in the current billing period follows, along with an explanation of the service rendered. Hours remaining after support time is subtracted appears last.
