Multi-Site Support Calls

Many of our customer have multiple sites.  When a problem occurs that affects all locations, we often get a barrage of calls from every location, each reporting the same issue.  This causes delays and confusion in getting resolution to the problem.

Having a designated person in your company to collect information to be relayed to us saves time.  It also allows our technicians to see the “full picture” before work is begun.

Our goal is to give you the best service possible, and in a timely manner.  Having a designated caller is one of the ways you can help us accomplish our goal!
