One thing I learned years ago as a teaching professional is that people learn in different ways. Some are visual learners, some are auditory learners, some need “hands on” instruction (learn by doing), and still others learn better with a combination of teaching techniques. 

As a business owner, it’s important for you to know about this because your employees will need to be taught how to use your Point of Sale System. It’s sometimes challenging to find time to accomplish training, so avoidable (and sometimes costly) mistakes are often made. If employees train together and share what they have learned with one another, these mistakes can usually be eliminated 

Classes are available at CCS for NCR’s Counterpoint POS System, with a competent instructor who utilizes different methods of teaching in a classroom with “hands on” computer use. Classes can be tailored to the specific topics that are needed. In addition, you and/or your employees will be able to take home a manual that can be used for reference whenever needed.
