There are many things CounterPoint SQL can do "out of the box" that gives you greater control over your software. Today I’ll discuss how you can keep your users from clicking that "Do not show again" box for messages you do not want suppressed.
As an example, I’ll use a warning message that can appear when printing picking tickets – "Warning – One or more orders have already been picked", followed by the box "Do not show again". If the box is clicked, that user will never receive the warning again.
CounterPoint SQL can be set to prevent a user from clicking the box. The advantage? Orders will not be double picked or shipped to a customer.
This is a feature you didn’t find in CounterPoint’s v7. Want more information on CP SQL? Call or email us.
